HEAILING YOGA

몸과 마음을 치유해주는 힐링 요가는 남녀노소 누구나 쉽고 편안하게 즐길 수 있는 건강요가입니다. 깊은 호흡과 부드러운 움직임을 통해 굳어 있는 관절과 근육을 이완시켜 유연성을 길러주고, 틀어진 골반과 척추를 바른 체형으로 교정해 주며, 굳은어깨와 목을 부드럽게 풀어줍니다. 또한 한 동작에 오래 머물며 깊은 호흡을 바라보면서 마음의 고요함을 느낄 수 있습니다.


Healing yoga, which heals the body and mind, is a healthy yoga that can be enjoyed comfortably by people of all ages.  Through deep breathing and soft movements, it relaxes stiff joints and muscles, and develops flexibility of the body.  In addition, it helps the circulation of Qi and blood throughout the body smoothly. It corrects a distorted pelvis and spine into a correct body shape and gently relieves stiff shoulders and neck.

ASHTANGA YOGA 

인도 전통요가로서 클래식한 아쉬탕가 요가는 근력운동과 유산소 운동 효과가 높은 파워풀한 요가입니다. 끊임없이 이어지는 동작들과 호흡의 조화 속에서 많은 양의 땀이 나며 꾸준한 수련을 통해 몸안의 쌓여있는 노폐물을 제거해주고 몸과 마음을 맑게 정화해 줍니다. 또한 호흡과 움직임이 하나로 녹아들때 수련자는 깊은 평화와 자유를 경험하실 수 있습니다.


As a traditional Indian yoga, classic Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful yoga with high strength and aerobic effects.  In harmony with continuous movements and breathing, a large amount of sweat is produced, removing accumulated waste products in the body and purifying the body and mind.  Also, when breathing and movement melt into one, the practitioner can experience deep peace and freedom.

BIKRAM YOGA

총 26개 아사나의 시퀀스로 진행하는 비크람요가는 한 다리로 균형을 잡는 자세가 많습니다. 이러한 자세는 하체를 강하게 단련 시켜주며 몸의 균형을 바르게 잡아줍니다. 또한 비크람요가는 척추와 관절을 부드럽게 강화해 주며 땀과 함께 노폐물과 독소배출에 효과적입니다. 


Bikram yoga, which consists of a sequence of 26 asanas, often involves balancing on one leg.  This posture strengthens the lower body, balances the body, and gently strengthens the spine and joints.  It is also effective in excreting waste products and toxins along with sweat.

VINYASA YOGA

요가동작을 호흡과 함께 물 흐르듯 연결하여 역동적으로 이어가는 수련법으로 전통적인 아쉬탕가 요가에서 발전된 요가입니다. 빈야사 요가는 유산소 운동효과가 크기 때문에 많은 양의 땀이 나고 체력도 향상됩니다. 또한 유연성과 근력을 키우고 균형감각과 탄력성을 길러내 주는 요가입니다. 


It is a form of yoga that is developed from traditional Ashtanga Yoga as a training method that connects yoga movements like flowing water with breathing.  Vinyasa yoga is a great aerobic exercise, so you will sweat a lot and your stamina will improve.  It is also a yoga practice that develops flexibility and strength, as well as a sense of balance and resilience.

HATHA FLOW YOGA

하타 플로우 요가는 통제된 움직임을 호흡으로 연결하면서 느린 속도로 동작을 이어나가는 요가입니다. 창의적인 전환을 통해 호흡과 함께 유연성과 근력을 향상시켜 주며 전신 기혈의 순환을 원할하게 도와줍니다. 

Hatha Flow yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on connecting the breath to your controlled movements, and stretching. Hatha Flow yoga class helps improve flexibility and strength as you weave with the breath through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen and center you.
